June Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Amy Johnston (STNA), our Employee of the Month for June! Amy first joined Mill Creek in 2019 but briefly left for a short period. However, she returned in August 2023, and since then, she has exemplified exceptional leadership and a compassionate heart for our residents.



Amy is not only kind but also a great example of compassion, extending it not only to our residents but also to her fellow staff members. She actively supports and mentors newly hired STNAs, taking the time to explain our facility's processes with patience and grace.

Moreover, Amy brings joy to our workplace with her sense of humor and playful personality. She infuses her job with laughter and smiles, making each day brighter for everyone around her. We are incredibly grateful to have Amy as part of our team at Mill Creek.
