Everyone here has been super! It's a hard job these folks do and they were always courteous and helpful. The folks in therapy did a great job with dad, getting him ready to go home. He was pleased with all the [staff] and all the help. A big thanks to Shannon in the office for taking care of setting everything up for us to go home, and for greeting us with a smile everyday!

I came to Mill Creek at a very difficult point in my rehab after knee surgery. It was not just a new knee but one not replaced for two months. This required special personal care for all who served me. I can never thank them enough. As time went on I was grateful for so many who assisted in my room and in therapy and all the thoughtful extras. The overall atmosphere and extras by many were appreciated. I could write a list of many more things. Thanks to the driver who hauled me to many doctors.
This has been a new experience for me. The staff is well trained and takes an interest in your program. As for the meals they are well prepared. My stay here has been excellent and I would encourage anyone with a need for rehab to check it out.
I would like to take this time to say how amazing Mill Creek was to my mom while she was there. Angie & Amanda could not have been any more helpful to me. Angie even gave me her number for when I had questions. Stasia, the Activity Director was always so kind & accommodating.
The OT & PT she received was 5 Star. They truly worked on getting her stronger so she could function in her own home, which she is doing quite well :) Because of COVID, we had a conference call with myself and my 2 brothers. It was very informative and very professional. Everyone answered all of our questions. I would and have recommended Mill Creek to others since my mother's stay. I was in an automobile accident and had a broken hip. Everyone was so good to me, they met all of my needs. The food was very good and the dietary department worked with me on what I wanted. The therapy department worked very well with me, they are very patient, but they got the job done so I could get back on my own.

My rehab stay at Mill Creek has been wonderful. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. The Therapy Department trains you in doing your exercises. They have patience galore. I love each and everyone at Mill Creek.

On December 13 of this year, I had a total left knee replacement. I went home for a few days following surgery but decided I needed more nursing and rehabilitation care so I came to your facility. From the moment I entered your facility, I was treated with love and care by the entire staff who were also quick to respond to my needs. Mom’s care was wonderful and we know that you treated her with compassion and dignity. We know how challenging mom could be on some days, but that did not change how you treated her. When I came to Mill Creek four weeks ago, I couldn't do anything for myself. With a great therapy team, I have conquered 95% of my body movement back. I just have to master walking without the walker now. All the staff have been great and compassionate. I want to thank each and every one of you for helping me get through this tough time. The staff at Mill Creek were tremendous! From the nurses and aides to therapy, housekeeping, and dietary departments, all of the staff do a great job ensuring the residents get the best possible care. May the Lord bless them continually for all of their hard work and dedication to the residents at the facility.

It has taken me some time to be able to write this review for many reasons. How do you find the words to say how much the staff meant to your loved one?
My mother passed away in November, and she had been a resident at Mill Creek from March of 2023 until she passed. The staff treated her like one of the family. They visited her on their days off, provided things she liked when available, and even visited her in the hospital on their own time. Such an amazing team. My mother had her favorites, and you knew she loved you when she gave you a nickname! All of the aides that took care of her had a nickname.
The front office team, the administrator, the DON, the physical therapy team, social work, and transportation were top-notch. I would recommend Mill Creek to anyone who needs a short-term stay or needs someone to care for them or a loved one in long-term care.
There are not enough words to thank the crew who sat with my mother during her final minutes on this earth, doing what she loved to do. You all mean the world to me, and I will never forget the kindness you gave Sheila.

We found all of the staff to be very helpful and took care of all of our needs. They went out of their way to fulfill Jack's needs, especially getting him popsicles at all times of the day. The meals were very good and Christmas cookies and music in July were great! We had all of our questions answered and the daily newsletter was great information.
