Mill Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located in Galion, Ohio, less than one mile away from Galion Community Hospital. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy in a large state-of-the-art facility. Our patients enjoy a home-like environment that is comfortable and relaxing to encourage the healing process. We are our patient’s partners in continuing care. We go beyond the good care and pleasant surroundings to bring a full complement of services, which fosters a higher level of recovery and independent functioning.

And because we believe comfort is essential to the healing process, we provide cozy rooms with private bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions, and a selective choice menu, among other amenities. Our team of nurses and medical professionals provide patients and families with the confidence and strength to return home successfully.
