Speech Language Pathologist


Mill Creek is seeking Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLPs) for our skilled nursing facility in Galion, Ohio.

We are currently looking to add to our ST team at Mill Creek Nursing & Rehab. This skilled nursing facility boasts a fantastic rehab program with many experienced therapists. STs eager for opportunity to utilize their education and skills in the areas of Dementia and Long Term Care are the best fit for this position.

The SLP is responsible for the evaluation, documentation and treatment of residents who demonstrate disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing.

The successful candidate will hold a Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences or Communication Disorders. The candidate will also hold the appropriate Licensure to practice in the State of Ohio (or proof of registration to complete the Clinical Fellowship year in Speech Pathology after which certification can be obtained). ASHA Certification (or proof of ASHA Certification) required.
